“Peter Paul and Mary Alive” is the only tribute group in America dedicated to preserving the original musical arrangements of the iconic Peter, Paul and Mary. This group brings the beloved folk trio’s songs to life. Peter’s journey with folk music began in New Jersey during his youth, inspired by artists like Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, and Peter, Paul, and Mary themselves.
Joining Peter are Dutch Clapp as “Paul” and Joanie Brown as “Mary.” Dutch, a seasoned guitarist and composer with experience ranging from performing for troops during the Vietnam War to composing film scores, returns to his musical roots with this project. Joanie brings her strong, youthful vocals and a heartfelt connection to the group’s message of justice and love. Together, they capture the spirit of Peter, Paul, and Mary, ensuring their timeless music continues to inspire audiences.
